Standard Rates: 

 

  • $150 per hour (Minimum 1 hour & includes 1 Special Character or Mascot Appearance Only)

Capture the Magic Photo package: $50

Includes 15 High-quality photos of your event and mascot moments, perfect for lasting memories! **Please allow 2 business days for the E-copy Photos to be sent via email**

 

               

 Epic Party Playtime package: $60

Includes fun dancing to engaging games and more, our mascots will get involved, creating a lively and unforgettable experience for all ages.

 

               

 Character Backdrop Add On:

Small: $35      Large:$45

Enhance your event with our custom backdrops! Add a special touch to your mascot appearance with a themed backdrop. 

 

 

Custom Character Gift Basket Add On:

Small-$85       Large- $95

The perfect Surprise for any occasion! Great for a birthday gift or just a special present. This includes a character themed basket with an assortment of coloring books, stickers, snacks, cups, socks, puzzles, activities and more. If you want a basket for an older child or an adult those are also available. ***These baskets do have over 10 items in them***

 

 

Goodie Bags: $60

A memorable Treat for every Child! Each bag is packed with fun surprises and theme treats that kids love from toys to candy and keepsakes. Designed to match your chosen character, our goodie bags are the perfect takeaway to keep the smiles going long after the party ends. Add them on to any party package for an extra touch of joy and excitement! *** 20 bag limit there will be an additional fee of $3.00 per each bag after***

Corporate or Business Event rates:

                   

  • Half-Day Appearances: $350 (up to 4 hours)
  • Full-Day Appearance: $500(up to 8 hours)

 

Frequently Asked Questions

What types of characters do you offer?

We offer a wide variety of mascot and costume characters including princesses, superheroes, and more. Contact us for a full list of available characters.

How far in advance should I book a character for my event?

It is recommended to book at least 1-2 weeks in advance to ensure availability. However, last-minute bookings may be accommodated based on availability.

Is there a Booking Deposit required?

To secure your event date, we require a $25 non-refundable deposit. This ensures your booking with MEMORABLE CHARACTERS & MORE and helps us reserve your preferred time slot. The deposit is applied toward the total cost of your event.

Please note, the deposit is non-refundable but can be applied to future bookings if recheduled within a 48 hour timeframe. 

Do you offer Rental options for the Mascots or Special Characters?

Only Rental Options we provide are for Photographers! These generally include our Holiday Mascots or characters only. (Easter Bunny, Grinch)

Rental Options have to be reserved 48 hours in advance. Please Contact Us to reserve your seasonal Mascot.

Are decorations included for the event with the mascot appearances?

We do offer an Ultimate Party Package. This includes Character theme decorations plus more! We have a variety of options that fits your parties needs and to make your celebration extra special! Prices do vary depending on size of party and amount of guests.

     

    Do you provide entertainment options for adults as well?
    Yes, we provide entertainment options for guests of all ages. Our interactive character experiences are enjoyed by both children and adults alike.

    What type of Payment Methods are accepted?

    Apple Pay, Zelle, Paypal and Cash are all acceptable payment methods.

    How do I book my Event?

    To get started, simply fill out our booking form. IN THE MESSAGE FIELD PLEASE NAME WHAT MASCOT OR CHARACTER YOU ARE INQUIRING ABOUT, DATE, TIME AND THE TYPE OF EVENT. 

    Second Option is emailing us at memorablecharactersmorellc@gmail.com with same details.

    Once we recieve your submission or email, we'll email you with the booking details and follow up with any inquiries regarding your event within 48 hours from your inquiry. 

     

    Need a Character in a Hurry?

    We offer same-day and next-day mascot appearances based on availibility and service area- perfect for last-minute surprises or pop-up events! An additonal rush fee applies. Please call or message us  directly for urgent bookings.

    Travel Fee Policy

    For Mascot appearances, a travel fee of $50 will be applied for events located beyond a 25-mile radius from downtown Indianapolis, IN. Additional charges may apply for events requiring extensive travel. Contact us for a custom quote based on your event location.
