Travel Fee Policy & Deposits

It will be a $60 one-time travel fee added If your event venue is more than 20 miles one way from Memorable Characters & more headquarters. 

You will be required to pay half of your total amount when travel fees are added to your booking.

Deposits ARE NOT INCLUDED in the Character Appearance prices. Each booking will require the deposit of $80.

"All PAYMENTS are NON-REFUNDABLE regardless of the circumstances, including weather advisories. If an event must be cancelled, we will gladly offer alternative rescheduling options based on availability."
